The capabilities of the Unisteel facility is not limited to one off custom design, but also includes qulaity production runs utilising our broad resource base.

 

The factory is equiped with MIG, TIG, spot & stud welding equipment offering versatility on all types of production.

 

A range of square and round die's in conjunction with swing and flywheel presses offers a varity of options.

 

The production area includes automatic and manual guillotines capable of cutting all materials up to and including 2mm stainless steel.

 

Automatic and manual panbrakes suitable for light to heavy duty fabricated construction.

Bending capability from 2mm stainless steel up to 4mm mild steel.

 

The heavy duty synchronised hydralic pressbrake provides precision bending capabilities and is especially suitable for high volume production.

The system ensures consistant and accurate bending with a tolerance to 0.01mm through the digital control unit.

 

The metal turning lathe performs various operations such as cutting, sanding, knurling and drilling.

The operation also allows the variation on other materials including plastics and timber.

 

We also have in place equipment suitable for bending, cutting and forming various types of plastics in custom or production quantities.

 

They include and not limited to drilling, tapping, grinding. linishing pipe, tube and bar bending.
